2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

While we meticulously inspect each lighting fixture before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy reflects the same attention to detail that defines our luxury lighting collections.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

Step 2: Receive Authorization

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
