While we meticulously inspect each fixture before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original invoice must be included
- Custom-made or special order lighting fixtures
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products that have been installed or show signs of use
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template to ensure we process your request efficiently:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Return shipping address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure the item is:
- Securely packaged in its original packaging
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Clearly displays the RMA number on the outside of the package
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement item you desire
- We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
